Description and Application
Mainly used in repeating impact, unloading or jump test that comply to ISTA , ASTM, TAPPI, ISO MIL-STD, FED-STD, UN, DOT and other industrial and government standards. Frequency range is 2-5Hz with fixed displacement of 1 inch (25.4 mm)and maximum acceleration of 1.25 G.


YST series vibration shakers apply eccentric cam principle to achieve rotation (marquee), vertical and non-synchronized (30°unbalance vibration) vibration modes

How do you attach the hardware you’re testing to your shaker?

How do you control shakers?

What are those resonances?Are they bad?

There’s a slight chance that in a few years that whipping of the steering column might cause bending fatigue failure.When we shake an automotive or ship or land vehicle instrument, we're looking for, for example, portions of printed wiring boards (PWBs) responding with greater motion than we're inputting. That flexing may damage PWB wiring, it may damage the attached components, and it will damage the soldered connections between components and the PWB.
